Currently not coloured + not finished.
It's for a university assignment that I'm currently working on, so look forward to the colors later.
I loved the design I just wanted to show it asap XD
I also have other Weavile artwork that I've been working on, but it's also for university classes. So you'll have to wait until I'm really finished with it before I show you guys. XD
Originally I wanted to make it a Lucifer design, but as it went on - It became for Phoenix-like so, Phoenix it is!
